Orlando Moving Company is a local, full service mover based in Altamonte Springs. We move families and businesses across Orlando and Central Florida, and we hire people who take pride in careful work and treat customers the way they would want their own family treated. What the job looks like:
- Loading and unloading trucks with customers’ furniture, boxes and household goods.
- Wrapping and padding furniture, protecting floors and doorways, and placing items where the customer wants them.
- Lifting sofas, dressers, washers, dryers and similar heavy items safely, with a partner and the right equipment.
- Driving a 16 or 20 foot box truck (valid driver’s license required). If you can drive a 24 foot truck, your application goes to the top of the pile.
- Being courteous, respectful and polite to customers and teammates. This is a tipping industry, and great service gets noticed and rewarded.
Good to have: moving experience, your own reliable transportation to our office at 1075 Orienta Ave in Altamonte Springs, and weekend availability.
