Moving in Montverde, Hills, Lakefront, and Bella Collina

Montverde, which plenty of people spell Monteverde, sits on the western side of Lake Apopka in Lake County, and it is one of the few parts of Central Florida with genuine hills. That matters more than it sounds when you are moving a loaded truck along winding roads with real gradients and long private driveways.
 
The town is small, the properties are mostly large, and between the horse farms, the lakefront homes and the gated community at Bella Collina, almost nothing here is a standard suburban move.
